Russ Dalbey Review | 09 March 2006 |
Russ Dalbey is a well-known expert in the real estate niche called "cash flow
notes." And his main course is called "Winning in the Cash Flow Business." For
the past 10 years he's been teaching people how to make money by finding and
referring more than a dozen different types of privately financed notes.
His system provides a three-step method for making money without investing any
capital or buying and selling property. He still focuses primarily on real
estate, but does it in a way that eliminates the big risks like cash investment,
fix ups and deadbeat renters.
When Russ Dalbey first started selling his course many years ago I was a bit
skeptical. And I had heard that he was slow to give refunds to dissatisfied
customers. However, as far as I can tell his company has made a remarkable
transformation over the past few years.
Unlike a lot of the big players in the industry, Russ Dalbey handles all of his
fulfillment and support from his own office. And he continues to work in the
business he teaches. So, his customer service team is always available, emails
are answered in a timely manner and students have direct access to real,
well-trained experts in the cash flow business.
Russ recently launched his new company "The Dalbey Wealth Institute," and it
seems to have greatly increased the effectiveness of his methods. I'm told he
brings students into his office for classes and works with students directly -
which is almost unheard of in this sector of business opportunities.
Here is some feedback I got from a couple of his students:
"I have more than enough time to operate a successful home-based note business,
raise a family, and still have enough time for me. This is an amazing business
considering most 8 to 5 working moms don't have enough time to take care of
themselves and their kids. I've got more time for me, my kids, and my note
business. The Winning in the Cash Flow Business has provided me with a plan for
financial security." Source: Pamela Schwab, Oklahoma.
"I recently finalized a deal by flipping a $137,500 note, a strategy I learned
from the Winning in the Cash Flow Business Course. I made an easy $5,000 profit,
but the beauty of this deal is I didn't have to use any of my own personal money.
I made the money over a very short period of time. It worked just like Russ said
it would." Source: Ed Lehrbass, California.
"I finalized seven deals making a total profit of $174, 238.59, and that's just
a drop in the bucket. That's seven deals out of hundreds I've done over the
years." Darlys Storjohann, Michigan.
